Discount on hinge x when logging into app?

I created my new hinge profile relatively recently (downloaded the app in March after deleting the app for around 3-4 months). I’m 39F and get likes/matches relatively rarely (closer to weekly than daily) but my own usage isn’t the most consistent. A few times when I’ve logged onto the app I’ve gotten an offer for a 50% discount on hinge x. I’m wondering if anyone else has gotten a similar offer as I’m curious if this is something hinge offers most users (except presumably the most popular). I have used hinge premium in the past but never hinge x.

Hey, if I already bought my basic premium subscription, when I cancel it would I get the 50% discount for normal premium or not?
The first image is my current subscription, the second is my secondary account I wanted to upgrade to premium level but seeing the offer it is cheaper

How big of a discount does "X" game have to be at before you buy it? Also do you just buy the base game or all DLC as well?

So I have around 20 games in my wishlist that are on sale where half of them are 75%-90% off and the other half are 20%-40% off. Majority of them I don't need right now, because I have played and beaten them on consoles already. I just wanted to have them in my Steam Library, so if I get the itch to play, they are available.

I see On X Offroad is running a pretty tempting Labor Day sale and curious on users thoughts on if they found the annual price worth it?
I was also looking at Gaia as well. Sadly Texas doesn’t have a ton options but I figure either app would help with planning trips out of state.
